The Challenge

Australian Radio Communications were approached by Mercure Gold Coast Resort to analyse and improve the resort’s mobile phone coverage and provide a comprehensive solution to their communication needs across the resort to meet the expectations of their business and leisure clientele.

Our Solution

Andrew and Natalie from ARC carried out a comprehensive survey of the resort’s mobile phone coverage and communication limits. Andrew discussed the findings with us and answered all of our questions resulting in a proposal to supply and install Mobile Phone Booster’s to our Conference centre & 11 accommodation buildings, upgrade the restaurants paging system and supply and install a full set of hand held UHF radios and base stations.
