We have a number of service locations in Queensland and New South Wales. Each workshop is fully equipped to carry out any job large or small, full installation of large fleet vehicles right down to after market vehicle accessories, our teams are ready to take care of our clients’ needs.
Field Technicians
ARC also offer mobile technicians who can come to you anywhere anytime.
With the ability to provide exchange equipment in the field and at our workshop this allows for fast service times and minimum downtimes for the operators.
We offer a central booking system for all services where our teams will coordinate the nearest technician to the vehicles location and we have several staff and contractors on call for after hour’s service.
Installations
ARC have fully qualified Installation Technicians across Australia who can supply and install a wide range of equipment including after-market accessories into any vehicle large or small.
From one off installations to large national project roll outs ARC have the experience and equipment to install high tech devices including Toughbook Tablet PC’s, Emergency Lighting, Reversing cameras, sound equipment, mobile phone kits, GPS units, all UHF equipment and 4WD equipment and much more.
Workshop Repairs
ARC have fully qualified Radio Technicians on hand to assist you and your business with any faults or repairs.
Our workshops are equipped with the latest in UHF Radio testing technology and technicians are qualified to work on all brands of technology including Motorola, Icom, GME, Vertex, Hytera and many more. All faulty equipment can then be fully tested, serviced and cleaned ready for its next exchange.
